The Basic Plus Magnetic Pit Gauge is supplied as a Kit. The Basic Plus Magnetic can only be used on a straight flat surfaces, such as plate, pipe or structural section, however they cannot be used adjacent to welds, risers, reinforcing pad, etc., as the Indicator is positioned 1¾” (44mm) from the edge of the blade.
